Shipping policy

Free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more. U.S. orders under $50 ship for a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders ship from Florida. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3-4 business days, and free shipping in 5-8 business days, after your order ships. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on the way.

Pre-order, presale and back-stock items ship on the timeline listed on their product page. If your order includes one of these items, we'll ship everything together unless we contact you first.

International orders ship for a flat rate, shown at checkout, and typically arrive in 6-18 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.
