Shipping

How much is shipping?

U.S. orders of $50 or more ship free. U.S. orders under $50 ship for a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay. International orders ship for a flat rate shown at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Orders ship from Florida. Standard shipping usually arrives in 3-4 business days and free shipping in 5-8 business days after your order ships. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders ship for a flat rate and usually arrive in 6-18 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order and back-stock items ship on the timeline listed on their product page. If your order includes one of these items, we'll ship everything together unless we contact you first.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 90 days from delivery to return or exchange an item, with no restocking fees. For U.S. orders we'll email you a free prepaid return label. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email info@illartcollective.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.

Can I return sale or limited-edition items?

Sale items and most limited-edition merch are final sale. If something arrived damaged or wrong, we'll always make it right.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Email info@illartcollective.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of it.

Our products

Will sold-out designs restock?

Many of our designs are limited runs made with independent artists, and many will not restock. If you see something you love, grab it while it's here.

Where can I find you in person?
